Contamos con Delivery, la misma tiene un costo adicional a su pedido.
We do offer delivery with a additional cost, if you want a delivery we suggest that you send us a message with the one asking for one of our services so we can give you an invoice with the total cost.
Return or Refund Policy
Todo deposito no es rembolsable ni transferible, toda orden se requiere el 50 % del costo total para separar su fecha. Para bizcochos personalizados se requiere saldar hasta 3 dias antes de la actividad para poder entregarles su pedido .De no saldar la misma en el periodo sugerido no se le estara entregando su orden sin exepcion alguna. (Su orden sera cancelada)
Nos caracterizamos por nuestro compromiso hacia nuestros clientes y pedimos lo mismo de su parte siendo responsables al pagar.
Grab and Go Cake se requiere el 50% para separar al igual que toda venta que hagamos extra. Es requisito para toda orden personalizada el deposito completo.
Our policy is that we do not offer refundable money nor having that money fr another one of our services. Every orders needs a 50% of the total cost for us to be able to start making your orders. Any order that hasn't been paid the 50% we won't make. We required that you paid the rest of your bill 3 days before the due date, if not you won't receive your orders and we can't promise that you will have what you solicited. We take very seriosly our clients and hope you take us too, that is why we have this policy. If you have a activity within prior months, we need the full cost of your order total since we will be separating that day prior just for you.
